Dental Plus: $28.00 per month per family:
Includes: Dental, Vision, Pharmacy, Hearing, Alternative & Chiropractic, 24 hour nurse hot line, Durable Medical Supplies, Travel Assistance, Prescription Care.
Extended: $30.00 per month per family:
Includes: Consult a Doctor, Pet Care, Vitamin and Diabetic supplies, Long Term Care, Renco Health and Beauty.
TOTAL COST For All Three programs is still $88 per month per family.
A free Prescription discount card is included with all 3 packages. We also still have the Rx aid program for people on the High Cost prescriptions.
